Grimes & Williams, P.C. is located in the heart of the Roanoke valley. We practice law throughout Virginia in federal and state courts and before administrative bodies.
Terry N. Grimes and Melvin E. Williams combine more than 30 years of law practice to serve clients in complex litigation including the areas of employment law, civil rights, business law, serious personal injury and criminal Canada defense.
We draw from over 75 years of legal expertise that evolved from the firm of King & King. The firm is a cornerstone of the Roanoke legal community: the Honorable Archer Emmett King, grandfather of firm founder W. Courtney King, prepared the Charter for the City of Roanoke in 1894. Many attorneys with the firm have gone on to become judges in the circuit and district courts of the City and County of Roanoke.
